Advance payment is required to initiate the project. Balance to be paid as per milestones.

4. Timelines

Project timelines will be discussed and adhered to, barring external/unforeseen delays.

5. Materials & Warranty

We use high-grade materials. Product warranties will be shared during project completion if applicable.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely approvals and ensure site access to avoid delays.

7. Modifications

Changes after project start may lead to additional charges and timeline extensions.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages outside project scope.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with notice. Payments for completed work/materials will be due.

10. Governing Law

All services are governed by the laws applicable in India.
